YOUR STAY AT THE CLINIC
The clinic located in Barcelona and well connected by public transport, offers a close, familiar and safe environment, where professionals and patients work together to achieve therapeutic goals.
We believe that recovery is a shared journey. That is why, alongside the comprehensive and specialised care you receive, your active involvement plays a key role.
Throughout your stay you will have a multidisciplinary team that will attend to your medical, nursing, psychological, social and functional needs, favoring your recovery and well-being.
In addition, we offer spaces that encourage rest, social interaction and recovery, including outdoor areas and a welcoming environment where you can feel supported and cared for throughout your stay.
ETODA
If you are part of the ETODA programme, you will receive specialised support to help you follow your treatment plan and respond to any needs that may arise along the way.
Our team of medical, social work and nursing professionals will tailor their support to your individual situation and work with you to identify the most appropriate setting for follow-up care. You will receive ongoing, personalised support throughout your treatment, so that you never have to face this journey alone.
Admission information
Making things easier for you
When you arrive, our team will welcome you and guide you through how the centre works, so that you feel comfortable, informed and supported from day one. During your first few days, we will explain everything you need to know and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Getting here
You can easily reach the Clinic by Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat (FGC). Avinguda Tibidabo station (L7) is located just a few minutes’ walk away.
There are also several bus routes connecting the area to different parts of Barcelona, including the V13 line (Plaça Catalunya – Avinguda Tibidabo), which stops very close to the Clinic.

Visits
Visits may take place
from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.
To promote the rest and wellbeing of all inpatients, a maximum of two visitors per room is recommended.

What Can I Expect When I Arrive at Serveis Clínics?
When you arrive, we will explain how the centre works, answer your questions and support you every step of the way to ensure your admission is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Before your arrival, the Serveis Clínics medical team will already have received the necessary clinical and social information and coordinated with the professionals who have been caring for you.
What Should I Bring on the Day of Admission?
If possible, please bring your health insurance card, a form of identification, your usual medication and any recent medical reports you may have. You are also welcome to bring comfortable clothing and personal hygiene items. If you are unable to bring any of these, we will work with you to find a solution.
What If I Do Not Have All the Required Documents?
Don’t worry. Our Social Work team will help you obtain and manage any missing documentation.
Can I receive visitors?
Yes. Visitors are welcome from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We recommend a maximum of two visitors per room at any one time.
Will I have access to Wi-Fi and television?
Yes. All rooms have a TV and free Wi-Fi.
Can I Keep My Personal Belongings During My Stay?
Yes. If you need assistance storing personal belongings or documents, our team will provide you with the necessary information to ensure they are kept safe and secure.
I don't speak Catalan or Spanish. Can you help me?
Yes. We have multilingual staff, collaborate with community health workers, and use AI-powered real-time translation devices to facilitate communication in different languages.
