SEPAR Finalist Award in Care Management and Quality: Impact of the Humanization Plan on the Patient Experience

One of the priority lines of work for Serveis Clínics in recent years is to humanize tuberculosis care, where human treatment of people is placed at the center. A first evaluation of its impact has merited the mention of finalist award in the V Awards for Healthcare Quality at the 59th SEPAR Congress held in A Coruña in July. The presentation of the project and the collection of the award was carried out by Núria Forcada as head of nursing at the center.
